Everything from a stuck printer to a whole new office.
Some clients keep us on a support agreement and rarely think about IT again. Others call when something specific comes up. Either way, here's the work we do for businesses and homes across western Colorado.
Managed IT support
OngoingThe core of what we do. We monitor your computers and servers, keep updates and antivirus current, and get alerts when something starts failing — often before anyone in your office notices. Your team gets an easy way to reach us, and we keep documentation on every machine so help starts with context instead of twenty minutes of questions.
Networks & Wi-Fi
Design, install, supportFirewalls, switches, access points, and the cabling that ties them together. We design coverage for the building you actually have — metal shop walls, a second floor, a yard that needs signal — then install it and stand behind it. If your connection drops at the same time every afternoon, we'll find out why.
Microsoft 365 & servers
Setup & managementEmail, shared files, calendars, and user accounts — set up so they're organized and secure rather than pieced together over the years. We handle new employee setups and departures, migrations from old mail systems, and the on-premise servers that some businesses still need. If you're deciding between cloud and a server in the closet, we'll walk through the real trade-offs with you.
Backup & recovery
Peace of mindAutomatic backups of the files and systems your business can't operate without, stored both locally and off-site. We check that they're running, and we test restores — because a backup nobody has ever restored from is just a hopeful guess. If the worst happens, we know exactly how long getting you back takes.
Cybersecurity
Right-sizedSmall businesses get attacked constantly, almost always through email and weak passwords rather than anything sophisticated. We focus on the defenses that actually stop that: managed antivirus, email filtering, multi-factor authentication, and cleaning up the accounts and permissions that quietly accumulated over the years. Practical protection, sized for your business.
Projects & relocations
Quoted up frontOpening a new location, moving offices, replacing a fleet of aging computers, or finally retiring the server that everyone is nervous about. We plan the work, give you a written quote, order the equipment, and do the disruptive parts after hours or over a weekend whenever we can. You get a schedule before we start.
Home & residential help
Everyone welcomeYou don't need to run a company to call us. Slow computers, home Wi-Fi that won't reach the back bedroom, a new laptop that needs everything moved over, a pop-up that looks like trouble, or a printer that has decided to stop existing. Same care, same patience, no condescension.
Two ways to work with us — whichever fits how you operate.
Some businesses want us watching their systems every day. Others want a number to call when something goes sideways. Neither is the wrong answer, and you can start with one and move to the other.
Support agreements
Ongoing coverage for businesses that depend on their systems daily. We monitor, maintain, and document your environment, and your team gets priority access when something needs attention. Terms are tailored to your size and equipment, and everything is spelled out in writing before you sign.
As-needed support
No contract, no commitment — call when you need us. Common for smaller offices, households, and one-off projects like an office move or a server replacement. You get an estimate up front and an itemized summary when the work is finished.
Questions about the work itself.
What is managed IT support?
It means someone is watching and maintaining your systems continuously instead of only reacting when they break. That covers monitoring, updates and patching, antivirus management, documentation of every device you own, and a help desk your staff can actually reach.
Can you fix Wi-Fi dead spots in our building?
Yes. We survey the space, place access points around the real obstacles — metal shop walls, a second floor, a detached building — and install business-grade equipment. If your connection drops at the same time every afternoon, we'll find out why.
How often should backups be tested?
Regularly — and by actually restoring from them. We monitor that backup jobs complete and perform test restores, because a backup nobody has ever restored from is a hopeful guess. We recommend both a local and an off-site copy.
Cloud or a server in the closet?
Depends on how you work. Microsoft 365 suits businesses with remote staff and moderate storage needs; an on-site server can still win for big file libraries, specialized software, or limited internet bandwidth. We'll walk through both before recommending either.
Do you help after ransomware or a virus?
Yes — containment, cleanup, and restoring from backups, for businesses and households alike. If you think something is infected, call 970-765-8699 right away rather than waiting to see what happens.
Can disruptive work happen after hours?
Whenever possible, yes. Office moves, server replacements, and hardware refreshes get scheduled evenings or weekends so your team isn't sitting idle — and you get the schedule before we start.
Not sure which of these you need?
That's normal, and it's a good reason to call. Describe the problem in whatever words you've got and we'll figure out the category together.
