Give us a call. We'd rather hear the problem than read a form.
The fastest way to get help is the phone — most issues get sorted out in that first conversation. If it's not urgent, email works just as well and we'll get back to you the same business day.
A few details help us start solving it immediately.
None of this is required — call us with nothing but frustration and we'll still help. But if you happen to know these, the first five minutes go a lot faster.
- Who's affected. One person, one office, or everybody? That single answer usually points straight at the cause.
- When it started. This morning, after an update, since the power flickered on Tuesday — timing narrows it down fast.
- The exact message. A photo of the error screen from your phone is genuinely more useful than a description of it.
- How urgent it is. Tell us plainly if work has stopped. We'd rather reshuffle the day than leave you waiting politely.
Here's what happens next.
We start with a short conversation about what you have and what's not working. From there we'll usually walk your site, take stock of the equipment, and put together a plain-language summary of what we found — what's healthy, what's aging, and what we'd fix first.
You'll get a written recommendation and a quote before any work starts. Whether that turns into a support agreement or a one-time project is entirely up to you.

Before you reach out.
What's the fastest way to reach you?
Call 970-765-8699 — especially if something is down right now. Email to support@nareitsolutions.com works well for anything that isn't urgent, and it becomes a tracked support ticket automatically so nothing gets lost.
What are your hours?
Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm Mountain Time. After-hours and weekend support is available for clients on a support agreement.
How quickly will I hear back?
Calls are returned the same business day, and most remote issues get resolved within minutes of that first call. If an outage has stopped your business from operating, say so — we'll treat it as an emergency.
Do you support clients outside the Western Slope?
On-site work is centered on Montrose and the surrounding communities, but remote support reaches anywhere with an internet connection. Ask and we'll tell you honestly whether we're a good fit.
Ready when you are.
Whether it's an emergency or just a question you've been putting off, we're a phone call away.
