Computer repair & home help

Computer trouble? You don't have to run a business to call.

Slow laptop, a virus you can't shake, a scam pop-up, a new machine that needs everything moved over, or home Wi-Fi that won't reach the back bedroom. We help households and individuals with the same care and patience we give our business clients — no condescension, no jargon.

What we fix

The everyday stuff, sorted.

Slow computers

PCs and Macs that have ground to a crawl, cleaned up or upgraded so they feel new again.

Virus & scam cleanup

Malware, browser hijacks, and those alarming pop-ups removed — and the door they came through closed.

New device setup

A new computer set up the way you like it, with your files, photos, and email carried over intact.

Data transfer & recovery

Moving everything off an old or failing machine before it's too late, whenever the drive still allows.

Home Wi-Fi & printers

Wireless that reaches the whole house and a printer that finally, reliably prints.

Upgrades

A faster drive or more memory that buys a good machine several more useful years.

Common questions

About repairs & home help.

Do you work on home computers?

Absolutely. Businesses are our main focus, but residential clients are genuinely welcome and get the same care. No job is too small to call about.

Do you fix Macs as well as PCs?

Yes, both. Slow performance, setup, cleanup, and data transfer on Windows PCs and Macs alike.

Can you get data off a dead computer?

Often, yes — if the drive is still readable we can usually recover your files, photos, and documents. The sooner you stop using it, the better the odds.

Do you come to me or do I drop it off?

Whatever's easier. A lot gets handled remotely, we can come to you across the Montrose area, and drop-off can be arranged. Call and we'll sort out the simplest option.

Where we deliver it

Across Montrose and the Western Slope.

Remote for most of it, on-site when it counts — from our Montrose base out to the mountain towns.
