These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Nare IT Solutions's Website, located at https://nareitsolutions.com.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Nare IT Solutions if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

By doing ANY FORM of business with Nare IT Solutions, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
  1. Disclaimer.

    Nare IT Solutions will only perform repairs, services and upgrades as requested by the customer.

    Nare IT Solutions is committed to providing honest, reliable and transparent services to clients, and will do its best to adhere to these commitments.

    There may be instances where devices cannot be repaired, and must be replaced or upgraded to continue functioning as expected.

    Timeframes for services are provided only as an estimate, not a guarantee of time or price of service.

    When performing repairs, upgrades and service, there is always a risk of data loss. By agreeing to these terms, you understand that YOU are responsible for having a backup or copy of your data. Nare IT Solutions is NOT responsible for loss of data, and Nare IT Solutions is NOT responsible for maintaining a backup of your data.

    You are authorizing technicians of Nare IT Solutions to have access to your computer and/or the devices within the scope of the customer request. You are also authorizing technicians to install anti-virus software/other software that is used for repairing or monitoring during the process of repairing and troubleshooting. The softwares will be uninstalled prior to the repairs being finalized, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

  2. Terms of Billing and Pricing

    At the start of each repair process, an estimate will be provided to the customer, either formally in writing or verbally, which can be over the phone, email, in person or any other form of end to end communication with the customer. The estimate is NOT a guaranteed cost of service and is subject to change.

    All invoices generated are considered OUTSTANDING at the time of generation. Customer agrees to pay the invoice, in good faith, in a reasonable amount of time. If a customer fails to pay, legal action may be taken to retrieve funds owed.

    Nare IT Solutions accepts Card, Cash and Checks. Times for checks to clear vary, and can be up to 3 business days.

    If purchases for upgrades or replacement parts are necessary, and if the total cost and time dar exceeds the original estimate, Nare IT Solutions will attempt to contact the customer prior to purchasing any items or continuing service. If the customer cannot be contacted, any and all work will be placed on HOLD until the customer can be contacted. If the customer cannot be contacted within 7 days of the first attempt, the customer will be charged for the total cost up to that first attempt, and any devices that Nare IT Solutions currently possesses will be returned to the original origin from where it was received.

  3. Liability

    The goal of the services provided by Nare IT Solutions is to repair, diagnose and troubleshoot issues present in your hardware and software. Nare IT Solutions will never intentionally, or otherwise on purpose, damage your property. Customer agrees that Nare IT Solutions cannot be held liable for damages that were caused during the scope of the repair or services performed, or for data loss as a result of repairs or services.

    It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to have a backup of your data. (See Disclaimer above)

  4. The NIS Guarantee

    All services and repairs are guaranteed for up to 7 days after the finalization of the repairs or services. If an issue was misdiagnosed, or was not resolved from the original repair, Nare IT Solutions will continue repairs or services free of charge to resolve the issue. You are responsible for the cost of further parts that may need ordered for replacement or upgrades. If this happens, Nare IT Solutions MUST be contacted within the 7 day period, or you are subject to additional charges for labor and services.

  5. Estimates/Estimations

    Estimates are NOT a guarantee.

    If a technician performs a physical visit to the site where the devices are located, there is a minimum $39 charge, regardless if services and repairs are performed or not. This fee is waived if the customer agrees on services. Technicians are NOT ALLOWED to waive this fee.
